Gerald A. Hazelbaker is the current President and C.O.O. of Paradigm Construction Corp. and has been active in the construction industry for the past 25 years.

He attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and received his degree in liberal arts from Franconia College in Franconia, New Hampshire. He has completed related courses of study in the construction industry with the Department of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, and has completed numerous seminars around the country as an ongoing educational process.
