The Challenges

  • Paradigm was selected as the Construction Manager for the demolition and renovation of the entire 3rd floor which was converted into 30,000 sq. ft. of office space for the Human Resource and Legal Departments.
  • Scope of work included MEP upgrades, footprint reconfiguration and new finishes throughout the space
  • This was a fast track project that consisted of two phases and was completed in 16 weeks.
