- Paradigm was the chosen partner for CM/GC services for Samuels & Associates to build out 20,000 sq. ft. of tenant space for Harvard Medical School
- Complete demolishing of 20,000 sq. ft. data center to shell space
- Pumped in over 150 cubic yards of lightweight concrete to level entire floor
- Complete new fit out with multiple conference centers, private offices and new furniture
- All new transwall glass systems at conference areas, offices, and new tenant reception/lobby
- Complete new HVAC systems
- New cafe for employees
